About
Welcome to Waikato Crystals! My name is Natasha, and I am a qualified geologist and trainee engineer, based in Huntly, New Zealand. The study of rocks, minerals, and geology as a whole has been a huge part of my life, and upon starting postgraduate study I decided to share my passion: resulting in the founding of Waikato Crystals in 2021! My showroom is open by appointment only, but I often attend local markets, which are shared to my social media.
Our Mission
Having had firsthand experience working in a mining environment, importing crystal and mineral specimens that are mined under safe and fair conditions is incredibly important to us. We also are on a mission to provide only high quality and authentic (non-treated/man-made/man-altered pieces) crystals. as a result, we only choose select suppliers and carvers that meet our quality control levels. This may mean we might not have select items in stock regularly. If there is any particular piece you are after, please send us a message and we will do our best to source it for you!
Policies
Our in-house geologist personally ensures every single piece of our stock is authentic and of good quality before they are delivered to you. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch!

As all our minerals are direct from the earth, there may be some mild scratching and minor fracturing aka mild damage. Rest assured this is natural, and will not damage the overall integrity of the crystal.
We urge you to get in touch if you notice any severe damage.
All deliveries are provided with a tracking number, as of Jan 2023, we are still only shipping domestic (NZ only).
Minerals are not a replacement for medical care, nor should they be ingested or used internally, please consult your GP and poisons centre for further information.
